42-1-102(112) “Vehicle” means a device capable of moving or being moved from one place to another on endless wheels or rails. “vehicle” includes, but is not limited to, a bicycle, electric bicycle or APD, but does not include a wheelchair, off-highway vehicle, snowmobile, farm tractor or farm equipment intended and used primarily or exclusively for agricultural purposes, or equipment moved exclusively on rails or fixed tracks, or intended primarily to, to move through the air.
